The service
QuoteProof reviews the estimate you submit and produces educational observations and questions. A score describes document clarity and completeness. It does not rate a contractor, predict workmanship, verify credentials, establish market price, or determine whether an agreement is legally enforceable.
Not professional advice
QuoteProof is not a contractor, appraiser, engineer, architect, insurer, accountant, or law firm. The service is not legal, construction, engineering, insurance, tax, or appraisal advice. Requirements and customary practices vary by location and project. Verify material decisions with the appropriate qualified professional or public authority.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for confirming every extracted amount and clause against the original document, checking contractor credentials and insurance independently, comparing bids, and deciding whether to sign or pay. Do not upload files you are not authorized to submit.
Payments
The complete report is a one-time digital purchase. Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final, except where required by law or where the service failed to deliver the purchased report. Contact support for a payment problem.
Acceptable use
Do not use QuoteProof to upload malware, attack the service, evade rate limits, expose another person’s sensitive information, automate abusive volume, or misrepresent a generated report as professional certification.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may contain extraction or analysis errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteProof is not liable for contractor performance, project cost, property damage, missed deadlines, disputes, or decisions made from a report. Any liability tied directly to a paid report is limited to the amount paid for that report.
